She also sits on the Board of Governors of the Manitoba Real Estate Association Shelter Foundation, which is primarily a funding organization that receives funds for charitable organizations that support shelter-related causes that will improve the quality of life of Manitobans.

Ron sits on various commitees and subcommitees with Winnipeg Reatlors (past and present) and is involved in various and numerous positions and committees.

Lori volunteers on the Annual RE/MAX Miracle Makers Golf Tournament and is a former committee member on the Women Build Committee for Habitat for Humanity.
