Crescentwood is part of downtown, named for a tight bend in the Assiniboine River, which has many exclusive homes along Wellington Crescent along the river. There is much redevelopment on Corydon Ave, between Pembina Highway and Stafford Street, where the period streetlights and flowerpots grace the neighbourhood’s toney stores and restaurants. You can find a wide range of homes in this area running from $150,000 to $930,000, though some of the older homes need modernization to bring them up to today’s standards.
